Does Flann reply on Instagram automatically?
Not by default. Flann drafts each reply and waits for your approval. Switch Flann to Auto mode and it replies on its own; switch back to Suggest at any time.
Which languages can Flann reply in on Instagram?
Flann replies to each customer in the language they wrote in, including Arabic dialects, English and Polish, and you can talk to it in Arabic, English or Polish.
Will my customers know replies come from Flann?
Replies are sent from your own account, in your tone, and only after you approve them. In Auto mode Flann replies on its own instead; you can switch back to Suggest at any time.
