Data Deletion Instructions

Flann is a marketing analytics and messaging tool operated by MSTRMND LTD. Businesses connect their Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts and Meta ad accounts to Flann. You can ask us to delete the data we hold at any time, using either of the options below.

Option 1: Remove Flann from Facebook

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Business integrations.
3. Select Flann and click Remove.

Flann loses access to your accounts as soon as you remove it, and we delete the data we already hold within 30 days.

Option 2: Email us

Email moe@mstrmnd.co.uk with the subject “Data deletion request” and the name of the Facebook Page, Instagram account or ad account concerned. We may ask you to confirm you control the account before we delete anything.

What gets deleted

• The access tokens Flann holds for your connected accounts.
• Page and Instagram account information.
• Messenger and Instagram direct messages, and the names and IDs of the people who sent them.
• Ad account performance data and the metrics built from it.
• Conversation tags and ad attributions, and any Odoo sales/order or loyalty data you connected.

Timeline

We delete everything within 30 days of you removing Flann or of receiving your request, and we email you when it is done if you contacted us by email. Separately, message content is deleted automatically after 90 days even while an account stays connected.

If you messaged a business that uses Flann

If you sent a message to a business's Facebook Page or Instagram account and that business uses Flann, you can also ask us to delete your messages and profile name/ID. Email moe@mstrmnd.co.uk with the subject “Data deletion request”, the name of the business, and your name as it appears on Facebook or Instagram. We will delete your data within 30 days and let the business know.
