So what does Flann actually do?
An AI employee for your business. It answers your customers on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google, brings back customers who've gone quiet, posts to your socials, and works in the apps you already use. You talk to it on WhatsApp or in the Flann app, by text or voice.
Will it message customers without asking me?
Not unless you let it. By default, every message, post and change waits for your approval. You can let individual jobs run on their own once you trust them, and switch them back at any time.
Which channels and apps does it work with?
WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook (DMs, comments and posts), TikTok messages and comments, and Google Business reviews. On top of that, 1,500+ business apps such as Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Canva, Stripe, Square, Mailchimp and Odoo. Every plan includes all of them.
What reports does it send?
Ask “how are we doing?” and Flann answers with a report card in the chat: your Facebook and Instagram reach, loyalty visits and returning customers, Odoo sales, and what needs doing next, with a button to do it.
Which languages does it speak?
It replies to each customer in the language they wrote in, including Arabic dialects, English and Polish. You can talk to it in Arabic, English or Polish.
Do I need a new WhatsApp number?
No. You link your existing WhatsApp Business number with a QR scan. Your customers won't notice anything change.
What happens to my data?
Your customer data stays yours. Consent and opt-outs are handled for you, and you can ask for your data to be deleted at any time. See our privacy policy.
