Connect Ecologi to WhatsApp with an AI agent
Flann turns Ecologi into something you can message. Ask on WhatsApp, by text or voice note, and Flann does the work in Ecologi for you. Ecologi may not be the centre of your business, but it matters on the days you need it. Ask Flann a question and it looks it up in Ecologi at once. Ask for a change and it prepares one, then waits.
5 actions in Ecologi. All of them only look things up, so nothing in Ecologi is ever changed. You connect with your API key.

Where Flann saves you time in Ecologi
Small jobs, repeated often, are where the time goes. Here is how they change once Ecologi is connected.
Course students who have stalled
Today
Students enrol, stall and drop out quietly. Spotting who needs a nudge means opening each record in Ecologi.
With Flann
“Which students haven’t logged in to the course for two weeks?”
Flann checks activity in Ecologi and lists the students who have gone quiet, with how far each got. It drafts a short, encouraging message for each one.
What you stop doing: Trawling progress reports to find who is slipping is no longer needed.
Feedback after a workshop
Today
After a workshop or course you want to know how it landed. Collecting and reading the comments keeps getting pushed to next week.
With Flann
“What did people say about Saturday’s workshop?”
Flann reads the feedback recorded in Ecologi and gives you the main points, good and bad. Comments that sound like complaints are flagged and routed to whoever on your team should handle them.
What you stop doing: Feedback no longer sits unread until it stops mattering.
